Please can anybody help me on the documents to be submitted for late filing of form 112 ?

See the documents to be submitted along with Form 112 are
1. Course joining approval
2. if u have already completed one course and for that if u had taken permission then course completion certificate need to attached.
and dont forget the Penalty DD is to be attached. They will look that first.
