Hi...we are into road construction and are in maintenance phase. We have given a maintenance contract to X company. X company has given the sub contract to Y Company. Now this Y company is requesting us to issue Form V. Can we issue form V to the sub contractor?
Please give opinion supported by case and provisions if any....
