1) get documents in name and additional address to be included.

2) fill fresh registration form with a note on top " amendment for inclusion of additional place of business"

3) submit document to your vat office, they may seek more documents or inspenction if needed.

4) after scurtiny of documents, and satisfaction, the vat office will issue instruction to AC/DC to amend / include the VAT registration, get your vat registration handy for endorsement.

YOU HAVE TO APPLY FOR ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT AFTER PROVIDING THE REQUIRE DOCUMENT THEY WILL ISSUE A ANNEXURE MENTIONING THE YOUR NEW ADDITIOANAL ADDRESS.

VAT is state related tax, so the coverage is limited to state of maharashtra onlly,  for  other states the assesee has  to obtain the vat number of respective state
