even i am facing the same with various forms like 20A, CHG-4, STK-2 etc.

The same error is appearing while we are trying to uypload the Form. But the Form is getting pre-scrutinized. However while affixing the DSC in the Form it is showing error "error encountered while processing node-----. Unable to find suitable font for ISO-8959-8 encoding".
