FORM NULL HAS BEEN REJECTED BY RO WITH REMARKS DUPLICATE

I have completed my articleship in 2016 with supplementary of 25 excess days and giving final exams since then but today I have received an email today with title of "SUPPLEMENTARY DEED REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BY RO" but inside the mail text written as your form null has been rejected by regional office with remark DUPLICATE

Kindly visit icai self service portal for further details

But there is nothing on icai self portal too

Please help me to understand this email. What they want to say

I submitted my form 109 by one discrepancies and after that i rectify my form 109 and submiited but i get text in phone your form (null) has been gone for approval in ro.. What does it mean  ??

I have submitted my form 109 of 4th oct 2021...still now it is showing the form has been sent to competent authority by RO for approval... What does it mean?

Please help !!!

Its been 1 month since i submitted my form 109 and its still awaiting confirmation from the competent authority.

Can anyone tell how many days will it take to get approved??
