when i filing form no.5 with attachment of
altered moa= 1.82 mb
and notice and resolution=2.00 mb
Total mb is 3.82 mb
so it is excess of prescribed limit of 2.5 mb so what to do for file form no. 5

Only attach altered MOA in form 5.
And if any remarks is cme den attach notice n resolution in form 67.
otherwise it vl got approved without ny remarks.
You can also reduce the size of attachments. Fill new form and not save, but save as at every time you made any change.
Try to reduce the size of your attachments. You can take help of online pdf converter websites or insert the scanned images into microsoft word and then convert the whole document into pdf. The size will be less or you may reduce the resolution, it would also reduce the size.
Only attach MOA and certified copy of resolution.
I agree with the learned members that only altered MOA and Certified true copy of resolution (1 page) is sufficient attachment to Form 5.
(I recently filed Form 5 with the same attachments).
Convert that file into pdf format using Adobe Acrobat & reduce the file size from Document menu.
