Form No.112..... Please Help.....

even my problem is same like as suhas's problem..

can u fine people suggest what to do...

U had asked this same question in the expert section , i had already replied to it, the answer to this question is that in form 112 there will be various parts to fill. Once u fill, it will inturn go to the institute . If they do not have any obligation with u joinig any other course then only they will aopprove it. According to the latest circular u have to do this on or before 30th April 2008.

My name is Prajapati Ronak Pinakinbhai. I have cleared my C.P.T. in february with 105 marks. My ARTICLESHIP is starting from 3/3/2008. I am doing B.COM also. My college time is 7:45 to 12:00. I want to know that when I should fill my form no.112 and how. PLEASE REPLY!

To ensure that the working hours do not clash with the graduation course pursued by the article assistant, the articled assistant registered on or after April 1, 2008, will be required to obtain specific permission from the ICAI for pursuing graduation or other course as permitted under Chartered Accountants Regulation by submitting a prescribed form (Form 112) within one month.

However, as it turns out, the assistants will not be in a position to pursue graduation or any other course. Even those registered on or before April 1, 2008, will be required to seek permission within six months from ICAI.
