hi,my frnd send 108 filling weeks on estimate basis as his principal has less work,nw due 2 sme prblm inst ask again 3 copaies of form 108 but he didnot keep photostat copy nd dnt remember weeks filled.....plz tel wat he shud fill nw nd will it create any prblm..

it is a very big mistake to not have the records(photostate copy). now if you fill the other details it could give bad impression on institute and could training be also extended

HOW COME HE DOES NOT HAVE COPY OF FORM 108.
WHEN FORM 108 IS SUBMITTED AT INSTITUTE, THE INST GIVES BACK COPY OF IT BY PUTTING ACK STAMP OF RCPT ON IT
he just get letter 4 again sending triplicate.....

if he remembers than send form again with details. you can claim that the weeks given were according to memory and signed by principle
it wil create any prblm if deatails mismatch?
