Intimation to ROC of certain resolutions passed at board and general meeting
ok thank you..
whenever BOD pass special resolution in any meeting , intimation to ROC is mandatory in MGT 14 within 30 days from the date of passing SR
so, in case of ordinary resolution it would be pass or not?
