Form mgt 14

Please affix director's signature first and then only you can affix your signature. and then also if you cant affix your signature, download fresh form and affix the signatures.

I am Also facing the same problem, though i have downloaded fresh form again and have filled it but again there is this same problem. 

I have done all that but still facing the same issue. I think there is some prob with the form itself.

In case of MGT-14...IT WILL NOT TAKE PROFESSIONAL'S SIGNATURE (CA,CS CWA) WHEN TURNOVER OF THE COMPANY IS LESS THAN A SPECIFIC AMOUNT...BUT YOU CAN UPLOAD THE SAME FORM...WITHOUT SIGNATURE AND IT IS VALID

IN CASE THE TURNOVER IS MORE THAN A SPECIFIC AMOUNT THEN IT WILL TAKE ALL INFO.
