FORM -ITR-3 1 ERROR FOR 80U (which s not filled)

Just Close the Browser and Open in Another Browser Delete Schedule -80U and Continue problem will resolve

I encountered the same problem while filling the return of my son. Even though I deleted the radio button for 80 U deduction I couldn't upload the return. I sent emails to ITRHELPDESK E-FILING WEBMANGER. No response received from them. Finally I contacted the PRO CHENNAI and she guided me correctly. She told me to ignore the entire saved data and start doing fresh online filing. I did so and then successfully completed the return filing. Return filing should not be a matter of luck. We are loosing so much of time. Added to that the client will be anxious and pressurise us to file the return as soon as possible.  It's high time that the department set right the bugs in their software. For no mistake on our part we will be facing consequences of not filing income tax returns on time - CSC MANISUNDAR FCA

Delete all sections in Part C &D under schedule VI A and try. It worked for me.
