Form INC-22A
Company incorporated on 29/11/2017 but AGM is not held till now because financial statements are not prepared for FY 2017-18. Is it require to file Form INC-22A

but how can i file inc-22a when financial statements are not prepared for FY 2017-18
As your Company is incorporated in November 2017 and as per the provision of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013, your financial year would close on 31st March 2019. And as per the provision of Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013, first AGM should be held within 9 months from the closure of the financial year, so idealy your AGM would held maximum by 31st December 2019 and hence there would be no problem while filing form INC 22 A
but in form inc-22a SRN of AOC-4 is mandatory
