I have incorporated a company but it failed to file form inc 20A within 180 days. Now when prefilling the CIN it showing file Inc 28 for condonation of delay for non filing of form inc 20A. My doubt is from which authority required to get order for condonation of delay and also the procedure.??

This issue is already resolved. You can file the form with late fees.
