If we are purchasing goods as consignee and selling it further to units located in SEZ, then in such cases whether we will be liable to collect I form from the purchaser (SEZ Unit), or the seller who has sold goods to us will collect it from SEZ Unit???????

Since you are selling the goods further to the SEZ unit you need to obtain the I FORM from the SEZ unit

Will you pls quote under which section of MVAT Act, I can get this provisions regarding liability to collect I Form.
If u can quote some case laws, it will be of extreme help to me..........
