The vendor had supplied Annual Report for the year 2005-06, after Designing and Printing the same. He had shown the descripttion as " Towards sold to 100% EOU against H Form Sales"
I understand that only for deemed export of finished goods we can issue Form-H. In this case whether the form h can be issued or not- please advice

Form H can not be issued for printing and supply of Annual Report which is not exported but for office use. In almost all vat laws annual reports are taxable at full rate.......mjk
