Please clear my below Query.
A is a seller and B is a buyer. B is going to export the goods. B is paying VAT to A. Now tell me,
1. What is the role of Form H
2. Who will issue Form H
3. and how Form H works in Export
4. Is this Form H is different form CST - Form H?
if B purchase goods exclusively for export then he does not heed to pay vat !! for such claim he would have to submit form H (obtained from his vat office), which entitles the merchant export to procure the goods without paying CST/VAT

So u mean to say, if B is paying VAT to A, this case they dont issue Form H.
if vat is paid, then B cant issue forms !!
