PLEASE NOTED THAT H  form is issued for in the time of export one country to
another country.

Form 'H' is a statutory form issued by the registered dealer who deals business in exports of taxable or non taxable goods, the receiver who receives the form 'H' is said to be a dealer who supplies any  taxable or non-taxable goods to the exporter who inturn uses/consumes/sells the said purchased goods as a final output products/goods purely uses for export purpose, in this case the party who issues the form 'H' should also submit the copy of export documents to his supplier for claiming tax exemption of the mentioned  sales made to exporter .
