Form for termination of articleship

Hey heena - if the extension was verbal and your principal is writing in form 108 the date of your actual 5 m ago date , then i think you hav to only give late submission charges with form 108 and nothing else...........

Form 109 is for termination/transfer and u are not transferring or terminating .plz rectify if i m wrong.......

Leave Allowed as per rules of ICAI is 1/6 of no days you work in firm or Maximum of 180 days i.e 6 months

In your case extension period is 5 months that means you does'nt take excess leave. In my opinion no need to file any form but i am not 100% sure  you takes the advices from others also.

Before filing any form you have to also take the help from the helpdesk of ICAI Branch
