Dear Friends,
Should I send both the Form No.108 & 119 to the institute or only Form No.108. Within how many days I have to send it.
It is the duty of the principal or student to submit the same to the institute.
And in the Form 119 it is mentioned that "To be submitted within 15 days from the date of completion of articles). What does this mean?
If you CA signs form 108, you can work it out by sending form 108 only. If there are issues obtaining signature on 108, then go for 119.
It has to be received the council, whoever sends it.
