While clicking the prescrutiny button in Form DIR - 6 (Change in particulars of director), the following message is displayed:
"The system has identified your application as potential duplicate because the combination of any two parameters out of applicant's name, applicant father's name and date of birth are matching with an already filed DIN application form. Do you want to continue with pre-scrutiny (In case of resubmission, please select Yes)"
Please help.
pls refer where written that only particulars required to be changed need to be filled
Hi,
This may be due to selection of many check buttons in the form. If yu want to change a particualr field e.g. date of birth - just check the relevant box and fill in particulars which are highlighted. Later do the check form / prescrutiny and it should be good.
