Form C Issue

C FORM WILL BE ISSUED INCLUDING CST. IN THIS CASE RS. 102000/-

C form have to be issued for the Total Invoice value ie inclusive of Tax.

My client fails to receive C forms from his customers for the financial year 2008-09 and 2009-10.  At present two of those customers had stopped their business and they have been deregistered for a year . I want to know whether there is any legal source for getting C forms for earlier years.
