I have received one FORM C this form is excluding CST tax. the form value is inculding Basic value+ Exice duty value the form was not inculded CST tax value. i had inform customer this C form is not acceptable, customer asked to me raise debit note only CST VALUE.this acceptable,please give me solution

As per the CST Act, taxable value of turnover do not include CST. CST is excluded from the value of taxable turnover, hence, it would be sufficient if the C form contains value of taxable turnover excluding CST.
