Form AOC-4 Prescrutiney Error

I have tried filling new forms several times but facing same error.

Have you raised ticket with MCA.

MCA will resolve this issue, by complaint ticket.

I have received the same reply, I don't understand what we should do in this case. I am trying to get connected with MCA Egov cell. Any update from your side Ramya?

I had emailed to egov cell waiting for their reply.  I think the only solution now is to refile Mgt7-a again and then AOC 4 again. But we would end up in paying addl.fees.

I don't understand the logic here, already MGT7 has been filed with late fees, again filing it would not make any sense here, this is not mistake of client or us, it would be harsh to refile the MGT7 along with late fees

The reason for this error is the introduction of new eform MGT - 7A and hence there is a over lap in filing. The solution is temporary what  I suggested and this is not a Final  one. Need to wait we receive a confirmation from egoverance.  

Now even for old years system is allowing to file only Mgt7a and not Mgt 7 for small companies. We need to wait for a solution for this. Meanwhile AOC-4'S late fees will also keep on increasing till a solution is given for this

For old year also needs to file MGT-7A.
