whether form ADT- 1 is filed for the first auditor or not?

no... as ADT-1 for after appointment of first auditor
why does not file ADT-1 for first auditor when a statutory auditor is appoint in AGM of which tenure upto sixth AGM
first auditor as appointed by board in Bm , however subsequent auditor are appointed by shareholders in Agm .so to determine whether stakeholders interest are intact or nt... file with Roc, adt -1
not required to file..

Req of fling form ADT-1 has been specied u/s 139 (1) of Companies act 2013 whereas, 1st auditor is appointed u/s 139(6) of companies act 2013 where this provision of fling form ADT1 has not been specified , but you can file it so as to insure good secretarial practice
