hi .....i am a CA final Student (New Syllabus).... i was fiing up the form when i noticed a field asking for Eligibility Certificate Number.......As per the new scheme i was told we need not submit postal papers for obtaining eligibility certificate (as we did in PE-I and PE-II)...now how do we fill in this particular field...plz guide... thanks in advance
