Sometime when the company uploaded any form to the MCA website, the department may still may require some additional information for approving the same form. In that case the Company can file that required additional informations through Form 67.

While uploading the Form 67, the SRN No. of the original form will be required.
Thanks,

Agree.

If you want to upload any additional attachment in respect of any E form filed earlier on MCA then you may attach/file such document through form 67.

Form 67 is addendum to any application made to roc, mca. it can be filed only when roc,mca needs additional information/clarification from you in respect of application that you have earlier made to them.

It could be filed only when the roc/mca required you to file it.
