I was registering on reporting portal but it asked for .cer extension file for DSC. How to generate the .cer file. is there any other way to register with same???

Mohit ji. First pin your DSC on your system. Now Open Internet Explorer website. Go to Internet options- click contet tab - click certificate tab- Now you can see the DSC name. Now click Export tab. You may see a wizard and follow and finish the wizard. Now your .cer file may be ready for save and you may save it anywhere you prefer.
Mohit ji, please clarify me that, is there any penlaty for non filing of Form61A within due date.
