Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone...
while filling up the details of form 3CD i came across a point which asked me about the amount debited to the profit and loss account being capital in nature...
can u please tel me some items which are debited to p/l inspite of being capital in nature...
In case of companies Share issue Exps are dr. to P/L but I.T treat the same as capital nature....
thanx a lot...
