I have to upload 3cb-cd of a client who's properitor in more than 1 business..i.e., he's having more than 1 properitory concern with same PAN. Please tell me can we upload 2 different 3cb-cd for the same properitor or we have some other option??Its urgent

You can not file separate Form 3CB-CD for same PAN,,

Tax audit report is filed on the basis of PAN. Now if an individual is under tax audit d having more than 1 proprietary firm, then all the details of the 2 firms including turnover is clubbed and a single audit report is to be prepared and uploaded
