Form 32 for md

Yes form 32 is required to be filed in case of change in designation of  director.

Hi Sreeniketh,

There is no doubt about the fact that you have to file form-32 with ROC if there is change in designation of director. In your case you should file form -32 within 30 days of passing resolution for appointing a director as Managing Director.
