Hi, I need form 30c before leaving India for employment purpose. Is it required to pay all outstanding demands before filing this form? What if the demand raised is incorrect?

Some how you have to settle the demand and get No dues Certificate,

I hear 1st time there is a need for form 30 to travel abroad.
