Form 3 relaxation
30 days are allowed to submit form 3 after Incorporation. Whether any relaxation have been provided amid covid-19 whose due date are falling in the month of may?

While the MCA provided a temporary waiver of additional fees for forms due between April 1, 2021, and May 31, 2021 (extending the window to July 31, 2021), these relaxations were time-bound and related to the 2021 pandemic period. For standard filings today, the 30-day deadline from the date of incorporation remains mandatory, and late filings are subject to accumulating penalties.
