Our Company has sold scrap to a Customer and he has submitted Form 27C to us hence we didn't collected TCS from him. I want to know how to present this in TCS return

You can shown in TCS Return 27EQ in Page Number 3 Annexure- Party wise break-up of TCS in last Column Serial Number 679....
