Wheather FORM 27C is required to be furnished to seller of Coal on each purchase of Coal or only once is sufficient.

AS PER RULE 37C Form 27 C should be furnish on or befor 7th of next following month. hence its an monthly return
procedure as per my opinon is Reg post ack due
