Form 26QB value of property in case of joint buyers

TDS 3114 views 2 replies

If there are two buyers and one seller each buyer is required to file form 26QB. If the property value is Rs. 55,00,000 how much property value is shown in form 26QB ? Either full value of Rs. 55,00,000 in each form or Rs. 27,50,000 which is the share of buyer in respective property.

Thanks

full value

U have to take full value while filing form 26QB. There is an option asking more than one buyer select Yes and fill details for both the buyers.
