Sir,
I have not open in form 26AS
in new incometax.gov.in portal . so please kindly help us

Go to file returns in the main page and click on form 26 as

Sometimes site mey problem have to retry with speedy internet connection

If you are not able to open the portal, it could be due to poor bandwidtth speed. I am able to open the portal and download the form.

Kindly use update browser and system and high speed internet to do the same
