If we are paying remuneration to Chairman and executive director (Mr. A) of the company within the rules of schedule 13 of company act and also to MD (Mr.B) as per schedule 13 . Is it required to file form 25-C for both of them?

Hi,
I think , that F-25C has to be filed if the Company complies with Schedue XIII of the Companies Act, if the company exceeds the limit as per the provision of Schedule XIII then It has to Take the approval from Central Government Thru F- 25A.
