Is Form 24AA given in advance??
e.g....audit year is 2010-11...then is 24AA given for 2012 ??

24AA is the notice given by the Interested Director as per section 299 of the Companies Act 1956, it should be given before the compnay entered any such contract there is no any time limit but before the contract entered in to by the Company.
