No. There is no limit to deposit TDS by a single challan. You can deducted tds from 200 or more employees and deposited the same by a single challan.

No limit as such for payment of TDS on salary in a single challan.

Yes. Interest will be applicable.
If TDS not deducted, Interest will be 1% per month or part of the month.
If TDS deducted but not deposited in time, Interest will be 1.5% per month or part of the month.
normally companies last month ki salary me se hi pure saal ka tds cut karti he to company pe bhi to tds deduction aur deposite ka default banta he ?
