Form 23b filed in august last week with penalty: refund?

No in my opinion there will be no refund because notification has came after filling of Form.

yes u can get refund ,for the penalty amount,

there is some penalty form,so that u can claim for refund

Please elaborate! I'd like to get the 2700 paid as penalty as refund.

I dont think you can claim the additional fee. Becuase at the time of filing, time limit was not extended. However, i would advice you to file the claim.

Thanks, how do I go about filing the claim? Is there a specific form for the same?

There is a refund form.. .Howeveve, this will not be covered but you may try.

But even if we are uploading form 23b its showing additional fees Rs.1800/- that has been waived off.

In case it is waived off, addition fee would not be shown automatically.

But its showing I tried to file the form but it keep on coming and roc office no. also not working plz guide me
