Is there a time limit for signing financials after filing Form 23B. Say if I file 23B today, can I sign financials next week or do I have to wait for a specific number of days?

As per Section 224(1A) Every auditor appointed shall within thirty days of the receipt from the company of the intimation of his appointment, inform the Registrar of Companies in Form 23B.
