Form 23ac not showing attachements

File is attached......

But has this Form been uploaded to MCA. There is no space for certification by practiisng CA or CS. Was there not a requirement for year ended 2006.

I shared the file with a practising CS and she is of the opinion that there is problem with PDF converter. I mean as the form is for 2006 when the uploading was first introduced, the PDF version was not compatible with current  versions. At the time of downloading did you find amy message giving you an option to choose from 2 PDF versions.

You may send the file to MCA helpdesk and they will give you the attachments.
