Form 233.xls -Error at the time of File Validate.

"Balance Amount in Box 11(m) should be Greater Than Or Equal to Total net turnover Of purchases in Box 12 . Total of tax amount in Box 12. "

i have put all value correct. still this error come.

can any one Explain how can i solve this issue.

i am attaching my Form 233 of VAT Return.
