HEY NO PROBLEM THEY WILL ASK FOR RESUBMISSION WITH TIME OR GO AND CHECK IN THE MCA PORTAL WHAT IS THE TRANSACTION STATUS THEY WILL ASK FOR RESUBMISSION U CLICK IT AND DOWNLOAD THE FORM AND ATTACH THE LIST AND GET DIGITAL SIGNATURE AND ATTACH IT

i need info on the forms and their due dates to be submitted to CDSL (Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.) for the below mentioned documents

submissions are

Investor Grievance Report (in soft copy), compliance certificate, networth certificate, DP tariff structure

Internal & Concurrent Audit Report

In Form No 20B ( Revised), against the question

The answer to the option "No" is blocked.

Form 20B downloaded from MCA portal has an inoperative "NO" checkbox for Sr. No. 5c (Whether any extension for financial year or AGM granted). Please suggest alternate portal for downloading Form 20B.

The inoperative check box functions only with Adobe 7.0.5. Remove temporarily any higher versions. You may use Acrobar pro 9 reader simultaneously to control the size of the file. Final Prescrutiny should be done by opening with Adobe 7.0.5
