Form 2 info.

Hello all. I have following questions regarding Form 2. I hope, I will get info. 1. Is there any color specific like blue or black to fill the form. 2. I want to change my signature. So, what exactly should I get attested. 3. For other forms, is attestation by a CA OK? 4. On whose favor should we draw the DD and payable where? 5.
