FORM 1A - Required Resubmission

	Hi All, I planned to start one machine works company, for registering my company name i filled Form 1A and submitted in MCA website. After 2 days i checked the status of it, is saying "Required Resubmission". If i click that link, the message displayed was, "SIGNIFICANCE IS NOT SATISFACTORY". I kept name of the comapny as first letter of my forefather's name. I mentioned the same as in my significance. Even i abbreviated each letter with my forefather's name also. Kindly note for registring a new company u need to file Form 1 and not Form 1A

Form 1A is for Change of Name of Existing Company.

And in MCA Site - you will find Forms along with Instruction Kit and Reason for form getting rejected.

Please go through and that should help.

If yours is a new company please check if the name is already available in MCA.

Please keep the name of the company in consense with the Objects of the Company. 

This is the common reason for rejection of the company.

e form 1A has to file before incorporation to get approval of name availability of company by ROC  and for change of name of company both further I am agree with Mr. Hardik   

Form 1A for name approval is absolutely o.k. Only after name approval the question of incorporation comes where Form 1 needs to be filed.

For name as suggested by Hardik go and  meet the concerned dealing official in ROC and explain them the reason personally.  I have done it on many occasions. They generally agree to our request or in some cases suggest us small changes. 

According to me resubmission is allowed only two times. So don't take a chance.  Go meet the Officials personally and sort out the issue.

when we file form 1A the proposed name should also reflect our main object in the name, which is mandatory

say for eg if you will undertake medical business then you proposed name should look something like this

ABC Medical care Pvt Ltd

or ABC Health care Pvt Ltd
 etc
