Dear All, I filed a form-1A for getting a name approval of new company which was approved by ROC, but in that form state of registered office of company was taken as Haryana instead of Delhi, How it can be rectified.

u better to check with the hariyana ROC whrther we have any option to retrieve the same and to file a new one...Mostly ROC peoples will support.But u need to contact directly.
or else u file a new form 1A after 60 days.
If you are planning to apply again do it on the same day or the next day of the 60th day.
