Hello, I have upload the Form 1A in Uttar Pradesh ROC and now it is showing Re-submission and the error as " TO FURNISH PROPER SIGNIFICANCE ALONGWITH ANY AUTHENTICATED PAPERS Form should be resubmitted by 08/01/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956) " what authenticated paper can be submitted as it is a IT entity??? Also, i checked the Regulation 17 of the companies regulation 1956 and its talk about section 25 companies then how can they demand such document... Please confirm whether i am coorect ??

Reg 17 is general in nature which empowers RoC to ask for clarification. As per me, you have 2 options - 1) Visit RoC and ask what they want 2) Write a letter addressing to RoC to clarify what document they want, attach that letter in Form 1A and resubmit.

Here i want to add that this is not possible to personaaly visit the ROC as the same is in Kanpur and i am in delhi. I have tried to call on their number but no one is picking the call.
And if i resubmit and they again reject it then i have to again pay the fee as i can resubmit the form 1A two times on one fees.
