Hello, I have upload the Form 1A in Uttar Pradesh ROC and now it is showing Re-submission and the error as " TO FURNISH PROPER SIGNIFICANCE ALONGWITH ANY AUTHENTICATED PAPERS Form should be resubmitted by 08/01/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956) " what authenticated paper can be submitted as it is a IT entity??? Also, i checked the Regulation 17 of the companies regulation 1956 and its talk about section 25 companies then how can they demand such document... Please confirm whether i am coorect ??
