Hi !

All Experts !

I have need some basic knowledge about filling FORM 1A for my new PVT.LTD.Company.

1)Which option need select in "State the sub-category of proposed company"?

2) I want choose my company name " ABC Info Service Pvt.Ltd." so which 6 name i want fill in the option of "Proposed name of the company (Please give 6 names in order of preference"?

3) Which word i can write in the option of "State the significance of the key or coined word(s), if any, in the proposed name(s) (in brief)"?

4) What is the means of Main Objects? and what can i write in "Main objects of the proposed company to be included in its MoA (If the objects include banking, stock exchange, mutual"?

5)what can i select for "Whether the proposed name(s) is in consonance with the main objects'?

The names that you can write over there may be :

ABC info systems Pvt Ltd

ABC infohouse Pvt Ltd

ABC informatics Pvt Ltd

ABC infomedia Pvt Lts

ABC infolinks Pvt Ltd

The main purpose in the form means the major areas of operation that the company will be doing. You cant include banking etc as these are regulated by other Laws also. U can include if u intend to get registered with the relevant laws.

Suppose you want to deal in stock market in the new company. then you can include:

" The object of the company is to deal in financial instruments including any other ancillary instruments like AForeign securities, derivatives, commodity contracts, deposits, commercial papers etc."

Please further investigate before nay taking any major decision on my opinion....

1) if company having shares '"Company limited by shares."

3) the signifiacance key word shows why you want to provide this name to your company suppose TCS Limited "it means tata consultancy services limited" this is known as key word.

4) you have to right in short the main purpose for which you want to establish your company . the same will be mentioned in brief in memorandum of Association of the Company.

5) yes you have to say that proposed name is in consonence of main object otherwise you are not able to get the name approval
