Form 16B and 26AS
what is the implication if you don't have Form-16B in physical form , but entry is refected in 26AS?

kinldy ask the buyer to generate 16 B.....it acts as a proof that buyer has transferred the credit.....entries in 26 AS can be....i repeat can be due to WRONG PAN CREDIT TRANSFER......ACCORDING To you transaction has taken place.....but u dont have the 16b ...to avoid proceedings....please ask ur buyer to generate and give it to u
Correct, but if its genuine entry in form 26AS, i.e if it belongs to you and the same is offered to taxation, then you can claim it.
